All guardians of Paonia Players students agree to the following policies when registering their students for Paonia Players offerings.

1. Liability Release

1. My child volunteers willingly to participate in the 2023 Paonia Players summer camp.
2. My child will only participate in activities that safely meet skill and ability levels.
3. I understand that a staff member will attempt to contact the parent, guardian, or emergency contact listed on the registration form in case of illness or injury. I authorize these representatives to contact paramedics and/or take me/my child to a hospital and be given treatment by paramedics and hospital staff as necessary.
4. I understand that I will bear all financial responsibility for any medical treatment arising from participation in Paonia Players Summer Camps.
5. I understand Paonia Players reserves the right to require that my child withdraw at any time when in their sole judgment, it is not physically safe to continue participating.
6. My child is in good health and I have informed the Camp Director or any physical or mental health issues that may be of concern during the camp.
7. My child will abide by the Safety Rules and agreements determined by campers and Paonia Players staff.

2. Cancellation policy

All registrations are final. Refunds will not be given except in cases of emergency.

3. Photo/Video Release

I am the parent or legal guardian of the students I am sending to Paonia Players camps, workshops or classes, and I grant Paonia Players my permission to use the photographs or video taken of my child at fall camp for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.
